High Resolution Seismic

To effectively detect oil and gas deposits, the company performs a high-quality assessment analysis of oil and gas prospects (reservoir development).

The authors’ own high-resolution seismic technology (integrated interpretation of seismic data and the geophysical borehole well-logging) is used which allows to:

(1)    study in detail the internal structure of the oil-bearing deposits, as results of our work demonstrate high resolution and accuracy;

(2)    study the thin-layered structure of the real geological medium based on 2D-sections and 3D-cubes seismic data;

(3)    provide the preservation of the restored dynamics of the seismic record;

(4)    interpret the detailed sections of the parameters in the geological medium and not just time-sections;

(5)    correlate the reflectors of oil and gas deposits across the area and trace the tectonic faults;

(6)    preliminary evaluate of hydrocarbon resources in the oil-bearing sediments.

The main goal of our technology is to increase the details in the structural study of reservoirs and oil and gas deposits.

Thus, the methodology provides the following advantages:

-        an improvement in the accuracy of the oil-perspective objects detection;

-        a reduction in the unproductive drilling and thus material costs;

-        and, as a result, an improvement of the efficiency of geological exploration.

The company accumulated 25 years of experience in specialized integrated interpretation of seismic (2D, 3D) and geophysical data in various oil and gas regions:

-        the Pripyat Trough (Republic Belarus),

-        Tukhman-2 (Saudi Arabia),

-        Meziyskaya area (Bulgaria),

-        Blocks 9, 12, Majagular, Itabo, Motembo (Cuba),

-        Blocks A, B1, E (Myanmar),

-        Western and Eastern Siberia (Russia),

-        Timano-Pechora province (Russia),

-        Volga- Ural province (Russia),

-        South Dagestan shelf of the Caspian (Russia),

-        Border Cenozoic basin of Sakhalin (Russia).
